Hi, I'm Beth
PEOPLE ARE MY PASSION.
I holistically align HR strategy and priorities to achieve company objectives, reach business goals, and champion the importance of people-centricity to the bottom line.
For more than 25 years, I have been called on to partner with, advise, and serve as a confidante to CEOs and boards of directors, providing knowledge and direction across the gamut of HR specialties as well as outside of the traditional HR scope—including M&A, ESG, operational and financial governance, corporate communications, global real estate and facilities, and investor/shareholder relations.
Throughout my career, I have aimed to instill resilience, set priorities, and drive sustainable progress through global hypergrowth, dozens of corporate transactions, major leadership changes, employer rebranding, Say-on-Pay sentiment transformation, team expansion and downsizing, technology transformation, and foundational culture change. Balancing progressive and pragmatic thinking, I leverage employee feedback, behavioral insights, business performance, and key data to measure progress, promote sound decision making, drive change, and connect leadership more closely to the pulse of the organization and people.
At the core of my work is a purpose-focused drive that has fueled success in the development of ESG framework and strategy with focus on culture, transparent disclosure reporting, governance, and corporate social responsibility. I believe empathy, trust, and accountability are foundational leadership values and I am dedicated to building productive, motivating, supportive working environments where cultural competence and organization-wide inclusivity are intrinsic organizational values.
